Partnering Partners wanted Since the launch of our website, we have received many enquiries from across the globe, including Brazil, Guyana, Ghana, India, Guatamela, Ivroy Coast, Tanzania, Malawi, Nigeria and South Africa. Particular interest has been shown in the power modules, from the smallest modules of 25 kW, to large ones ranging from 1 MW to 10 MW in size. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for partners in developing countries to work with. We wish to install and commission 2 prototype power plants, with plans to later add other application modules. Of particular interest are rice mills, sawmills, oil mills that crush groundnut and/or sunflower seeds, where they already have existing residue resources, and are looking to generate power with these resources. Please contact us if you are interested, through our Contact page. Investors wanted The strong feedback we have received following our website launch, and subsequent market interactions, we have decided to proceed with the next phase of our project, which is to install 2 fully working models, one in Africa and one in Asia (location to be decided), running on rice, oilseed (groundnut and sunflower seed) and/or timber. Accordingly, we are actively in the market, aiming to raise US$4 million, in exchange for an equity stake of 40% (post funding). We invite qualified investors to contact us with an outline as to why you feel you qualify as a good investor to work with, and outline the resources they would bring to the organization. This would include private or public sector companies. Also Government organizations, at national or at state level, who are interested in stimulating their local economies. We are also interested to hear from non governmental organziations (NGO’s) who understand their goals, and see the potential for partnership. Finally, we are also interested to speak with foundations and charities, who are looking to provide sustainable solutions to communities in creating wealth, jobs and improved health in a sustainable manner. Please contact us if you are interested, through our Contact page. |
